Does the whole team need accounts?

No. The organizer needs an account to create the run. Guests can add their order from the link.

Does this integrate with Microsoft Teams or Slack?

For now, you can share any run link through Teams or Slack like any other link. Native integrations can be added later without changing the basic workflow.

Can I use it for coffee too?

Yes. Team lunches are only one use case. The same workflow works for coffee, snacks, groceries, and store runs.

What if somebody changes their order?

They can update their own submission while the run remains open.
